We are looking for a handyman that is available upon request to handle odd jobs.  The opportunity is available as an "as needed" independent contractor, who can provide job references with contact info and has his/her own tools and means of transportation. 

Job details:

Unit Rental Preparation: painting, impeccable cleaning skills, misc. repairs (i.e. replacing doors, locks, window panes etc.). 

Odd Jobs: Garbage removal, light plumbing, heating and electrical jobs, other misc. repairs and maintenance.
