BINGHAMTON BUILDING LOCKED
DOWN Press & Sun-Bulletin |
November 13, 2004
Left: Mark
Phoreman celebrates the lockdown of 6 Thorpe St. after Binghamton
Mayor Richard A. Bucci hammered the notice in front of the building
Friday. The
building, owned by Ardell Thomas, has been the site of drug
activity and will be locked down for no less than a year. "How sweet
it is," Phoreman said. "We are going to keep
pushing until (drug dealers) are out of
Binghamton."
